Linebourne – Open-Frame Ribbon Metal Dachshund Sculpture
Linebourne – Open-Frame Ribbon Metal Dachshund Sculpture
The Dachshund Cut From A Single Ribbon Of Metal
Okay — this one is actually adorable.
Not gift-shop cute. Grown-up.
Linebourne is drawn in flowing metal ribbon instead of molded clay.
It reads like line art, not a dog statue.
Set it on the console, the bookshelf, or the porch step.
It's the small thing that finally says a dachshund lives here.
Solid Metal, Warm Rust-Toned Finish — Holds Its Shape Indoors Or Out
✓ Turns a flat shelf into a conversation
Guests notice it in seconds. The open silhouette catches light and draws the eye, so a plain console suddenly looks styled on purpose.
✓ Finally, dog decor that isn't cheesy
No googly eyes. No painted collar. Just a clean metal outline with a real dachshund profile — long back, deep chest, that unmistakable snout.
✓ Airy metal lines, not a heavy lump
Most dachshund figures are solid resin that visually blocks the shelf behind them. This one is open through the middle, so your books and photos still show.
✓ Looks right inside and out
Metal handles a covered porch, a garden ledge, or a sunny windowsill. Style it once, leave it there, and enjoy it every time you walk past.

Frequently asked questions
Will it tip over on a shelf?
It sits flat on its own base and stays put on a level surface. On a windy porch, place it against a wall or tuck it beside a heavier object.
Can I clean it?
Wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth. Skip harsh cleaners and scrubbing pads, since they can dull the finish.
Does it work outdoors year-round?
It's happiest in a covered spot — a porch, a patio ledge, a sheltered garden nook. Bring it in during heavy rain or snow to keep the finish looking its best.
Is this a good gift as-is?
Yes. It arrives ready to display, so it works straight out of the box for a birthday, housewarming, or holiday.
